The course provides students with theoretical and practical knowledge about the Housekeeping area, developing basic techniques applied to the efficient service of rooms and public areas, emphasizing operational control, supervision, maintenance and handling of materials, utensils and equipment used in the housekeeping area, within the quality standards of the establishments.
