This course develops theoretical-practical aspects of the area of gastronomy in the preparation and decoration of desserts or sweet dishes such as cakes, pastries, cookies, puddings and others, based on the regulations and safety standards within the pastry shop, the importance of BPM (good food handling practices) and cleanliness, which will allow future professionals to carry out a good work performance in their workplace or/or business. The student will be able to prepare different types of desserts by developing the presentation and pastry decoration processes.
Guided visits. CEDNA methodological strategy that allows students to observe and perceive real work situations, in companies of local and international prestige thanks to inter-institutional agreements.
