Training for entrepreneurship and employability

Project Title	Training for post-pandemic entrepreneurship and employability.
Objective of the project	Improve the income levels of young men and women with limited economic resources in the area of intervention.
Population objective	200 young women and men with limited economic resources.

Project description

The project consists of targeting a target group with a high degree of vulnerability located in peri-urban and rural areas of Cusco, with the aim of:

Create the conditions for the deployment of the talent capabilities of the target group to develop enterprises that are formalized with a business, financial and tax culture.
Train the beneficiaries in the deployment of skills and talents, in Housekeeping, Pastry, Bar and dining room and Assistant cook, for their labor insertion.

The project includes the training of 200 beneficiaries (120 people trained for entrepreneurship and 80 trained for insertion).
